Among the rows of a vineyard, an unknown grape variety was found which, after analysis by the Agricultural Institute, was revealed to be Dorona Veneziana. This is a rare and precious native white grape from the Garganega family, almost extinct.
From this discovery came a unique wine: Do Man, which in the local dialect means “two hands”. The name pays tribute to both the person who discovered the vine and the one who dreamed of turning it into something exceptional. A simple name that tells a profound bond: between grower and producer, past and future, nature and intuition.
